I bought a full-day pass a few weeks ago at the Emuna Vitale Spa and it was a terrible experience. They didn't have towels, it was packed (it didn't feel like a spa at all), the reception staff were very unhelpful, the bathrooms were dirty, they offer drinks but the selection was limited and the drinks weren't good, and the service was incredibly slow while I waited for the staff to chat and smoke on the balcony. In short, a terrible experience and a complete waste of money. Never again. The only redeeming feature was the view.
It's not a family hotel; if you have a small child who is still in diapers, they can't enter the pools, so if you have a family, choose a place that accepts children, and even elderly people with retention problems cannot enter.
Very nice
One elevator for such a large hotel
It's the only "enjoy" that's still worth it.
