Sheraton Miramar Hotel & Convention Center

We had a National Geographic moment, it was so spectacular!!!

Beautiful view, excellent food and quality service.

I'm staying here. The hotel is very good. But the grilled food at the restaurant is terrible. Reheated meats and awful service. After waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes, they brought me that food; they didn't even bring plates. A disaster. I hope no one else has the same experience.

The hotel is beautiful. However, I had a bad experience. Check-in was very slow. I was with my sister, and they reminded her that the reservation included two beds, but when we arrived at the room, it was a double bed. She had to go back downstairs to be assigned another room. I couldn't sleep well either night because I kept feeling bites. I was in room 703. I asked a maid if she could check, and she said it might be a food allergy. The second night, the same thing happened, and I discovered small insects inside the bed and on the ceiling. At 3:30 am, I went downstairs to ask for a solution, and they changed my room, but the next morning they called to ask me to vacate. I spoke with someone from management, but they only apologized. Unacceptable for a hotel of that category. At the Travesía restaurant, I ordered a well-cooked chicken breast, but after a long delay, they brought it undercooked. For me, such a simple dish shouldn't be such a big problem. I bought a bottle of Sheraton edition wine and had to go downstairs to pick it up instead of having it delivered. I really don't think I'll be back. I've attached photos of the insects.

Excellent hotel! All the staff are very friendly and the service is top-notch. I went with my family and we had a great time.

Everything was great! The best part was the company.

The rooms are beautiful, the view is wonderful, and the service is excellent!

This is long overdue but I want to share how special my trip to the Sheridan Viña Del Mar was. I went the weekend before my birthday and I was warmly greeted by the reception staff and my room had been upgraded. In the room was a beautiful display of flowers, wine, and birthday treats. The room was gorgeous, the view was amazing, and I spent more time in the room than outside because the room was so great. I had such a great time and this hotel will always be my first choice whenever I am in the Viña/Valpo area. Special thank you to supervisor Macarena and Catalina who checked me in!

We love it, we always go as a family! Thanks to the receptionist who checked us in last time, a 7 out of 10 in every way!

Top-notch facilities and excellent service. The restaurant and its terrace with stunning views make for a truly wonderful place. While the menu and cuisine are very good, unfortunately, our dishes arrived lukewarm, with very small portions, and the prices were quite high for what we received. Jonathan's friendly, prompt, courteous, and professional service was particularly noteworthy. All in all, it's definitely a place worth visiting.
