Day Retreat for Gay & Open-Minded Men: Movement, Meditation and Mindfulness
Welcome to a day of connection, self-discovery, and relaxation designed exclusively for gay and open-minded men. Join us for a unique experience filled with movement, meditation and mindful connection and conversation. This retreat is a perfect opportunity to meet like-minded individuals, share stories, and create meaningful connections. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in a day of introspection and community. Come as you are and leave relaxed and recharged. No previous yoga experience is necessary. However to make the most of the practice, the ability to sit or lay on the floor and get yourself up from the floor on your own,is recommended.
Our program will begin at 10 a.m. please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. This location has a full locker-room to change etc.
Tentative Schedule : Welcome/Ice Breakers, 75 min Asana "Yoga" Practice , Lunch Break (Bring your own or purchase a smoothie from the Center) ,Discussion Session, Partner & Chakra Balancing Exercises, Gentler Restorative Yoga ending with Guided Yoga Nidra Session.
Please note: this is not a Nude Day Retreat. Shirtless practice is welcomed.
Ample Free Lot Parking. Location is just minutes off Route 3.
While it always recommended to bring your own personal yoga props. This location does have all we need, if you do not have or forget your own. Bring a water bottle, filtered fountains available.
Your Instructor: Chuck Raffoni "Yoga with Chuck" has been teaching for over a decade.
