ADGE Hotel & Residences Sydney Surry Hills

Enjoyed our stay here. Good location, spacious room, good value, comfy bed. Funky decor.

The location is brilliant , close to everything. The Adge was excellent before the rooms have been down sized bad move, greed for more money, the service is very ordinary , the staff have attitude and are not the best to have to go to. I won't be staying here again in a hurry

First time visitor...We were told it had a recent major renovation. We got a free upgrade which was nice of them. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and polite. Got to our room and they had fitted out the rooms with some pretty funky coloured carpet. It has a great location to Surry Hills and Oxford St. One thing to note, the underground car park is extremely precarious. It's so tight in spaces in so many ways, if you have a large or low profile car, forget about it. 😉

The rooms are huge, and spotless. Staff were helpful & friendly.. cafe down stairs was perfect. I loved my experience there.

THE SCREEN CASTING NEVER WORKS AND HAVE STAYED IN 3 DIFFERENT ROOMS THAT IS MY ONLY COMPLAINT. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS AVOVE AVERAGE. QUITE A NICE UNIQUE QUIRKY HOTEL.

Location was very good. Service was poor. Visibly understaffed. Room was dirty. Cannot believe, it was NOT VACUUM the whole time we were there. Carpet was stained and dirty. Commit you to pay $80 dollar if you borrow an umbrella and make you guest sign out an umbrella. Aircon has no heating. Hot water was broken down and this was not communicated until we complained. My wife was shivering in the shower halfway because the hot water system broke down. The aircon controller has cooling and no heating. We rang and complained on first night on the cold even though we try to up temperature to 26dC, reception say they can't do anything, then change the story to say they will get someone to program the heating in. Then heating was put on but no cooling on the menu.
