Good room,nice location. No complaints!

Windows were so thin they sounded like they were open, very noisy even on the 19th floor at night time,some level of noise is to be expected but this was beyond what I have experienced in other hotels in the Sydney CBD. Room was not very clean and there were a few plumbing issues in kitchen and bathroom.

Extremly clean rooms cleaners very helpful and welcoming bathroom needs upgrading

What a terribly grotty room. Damn poor cleaning prior to arrival. 2 hair bobby pins left on the living room floor. Obviously no or very poor vacuuming pre arrival. Worse still, public hairs left in and around toilet. Disgraceful cleaning.

more like appartments then hotelrooms: large ,sepparate bed, living room and accesable balcony for a good price. in the middle of the cbd Their fantastic breakfast is served at a nearby hotel.

Before I even get there I’m I tried to cancel my booking but the hotel doesn’t allow cancellation so I’m pissed if the reports are alarming. Now they tell me after paying for dessert for 4 days that they don’t provide dietary options so if you have celiac disease like me it’s a trap. I’m gluten intolerant and I’m told that to eat fruit and juice I asked for gluten free bread and cereal to be provided but they said no . I’m angered. I’ve see some awful pictures and already seen some pretty 1 star quality stuff they should be reported,

We had a wonderful stay in this studio apartment. The room was very clean, spacious making it feel comfortable and relaxing. All the necessary kitchen amenities were provided, The apartment also included a washer and dryer, which is a great added convenience, even though we didn’t end up using them.

We were initially hesitant to stay here after reading reviews about construction and age, but we were pleasantly surprised. Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit was very spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The housekeeping team was excellent, providing fresh towels and clearing rubbish daily. We also really enjoyed the pool area, which was open and well-maintained after many disappointing reviews about how it was closed. It’s true that the building shows its age with some minor cosmetic wear and tear. We did encounter a couple of maintenance issues: a leaky shower head that resulted in low water pressure and a sink leak that appeared to have a temporary 'packaging tape' fix. However, for a clean, roomy, and functional stay, in a great location met our expectations.

This place is in a fantastic location. However, we made a reservation nearly 12 months ago (leaving on a cruise) for a 3 bedroom suite for 1 night. Upon arrival just after normal check in time we were informed that our room wasn't ready so please wait for ~15 minutes. This turned into a ~2 hour wait! Most frustrating.We attempted to negotiate some sort of compensation for this - no deal. The room itself was very tired. The carpet edges and toilets were dirty, handles falling off doors, door bases rotting out and the paintwork had seen better days.
