What reviewers say

Many visitors praise the hotel's excellent central location and friendly, professional staff, with some finding their accommodation clean, spacious, and well-equipped. However, a significant number of guests report that the hotel and its apartments are dated and in need of renovation, with recurring issues like noise from traffic, broken amenities such as the sauna, and cleanliness concerns. Some guests were also disappointed to find that facilities like the pool were closed or under renovation without prior notification.

This hotel is located in the very heart of Sydney's city center. The rooms are incredibly spacious and include a washing machine, bathtub, and kitchen. Not only is it close to major tourist attractions, tram, train, and ferry terminals, but it is also near famous grocery stores like Woolworths and Coles. Buying a steak at Coles, grilling it in your spacious home, and eating it on the terrace is just as good as dining in a high-end restaurant. Since it is close to major tourist spots, you can easily come back for lunch and dinner and head out again.

Since I wasn't familiar with Australian accommodation rules, the initial room configuration wasn't what I ordered; for example, a room for 4 people was set up for 5! Room cleaning staff changed daily, so communication wasn't thorough. Australia is an eco-conscious society, so towels aren't changed unless you ask! It really made me appreciate the amazing service in Japan. Here, you have to ask every day, otherwise they won't do it!

Handy to Wynyard Station and walking distance to Circular Quay, NSW Art Gallery (20 mins). Rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed - we like having a balcony. Prices vary depending on the booking day - check various sites or sign up free to their direct booking discount.
