2026/05/28 29 Thu/Fri I was satisfied with the capsule hotel. Of course, this assumes there are no people snoring loudly in front, behind, or to the sides (lol). Late-night ramen and ochazuke (rice with tea). Curry in the morning. Free drinks. Two free massage chairs. The sauna is dry. Cold bath, jet bath. Amenities are also plentiful. There weren't many manga comics. It's a shame that photography is prohibited inside the building. 😞

They were even having a limited-time cafe! As a Dragon Quest fan, the secret base-like atmosphere inside the building and the lounge alone were enough to get me excited. It felt more like an "adult recovery spot" than just a "hotel." Even the 2-hour, 2000 yen day-use sauna was incredibly satisfying. Towels and loungewear were included, so you could go empty-handed, and the sauna with automatic löyly (steam) provided a thorough relaxation experience. Furthermore, the free services in the lounge were amazing. With drinks, manga, and light snacks, it's the kind of place where you end up staying for a long time. The attached cafe also has an atmosphere that appeals to gamers, making it the perfect place to unwind after a sauna. If someone asks me, "Where should we go to relax in Sakae?", this would definitely be one of my top choices.

The sauna temperature was perfect! It's great that you can drink alcohol and soft drinks for free at night, and they even have food! 🙌

I think I'll stay here every time I come to Nagoya. Depending on the day, it's under 5000 yen and the location in Sakae is excellent. It's kept clean 24 hours a day, and late-night snacks, breakfast, hot springs, drinks, and amenities are all free. The capsules are spacious, quiet, and comfortable to sleep in. Even if you go with family or friends, everyone can watch their favorite TV and you won't be bothered by each other's snoring or talking in their sleep 😆. There are a lot of solo travelers, so you can eat and chat in the lounge, but you can't be loud and boisterous ☺

It's the best. No hassle at all. Everything is great. You don't need to go to places like Nine Hours, just choose a safe and reliable hotel.

I chose this hotel because of the positive reviews about its location and service. It was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, so I was a little nervous, but they held my luggage for me even before check-in, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly kind. The location is close to Sakae subway station and near the Ferris wheel. There are lots of izakayas and shops around, and there's an Ichiran ramen restaurant right in front. The location is great, but the service was the best. Soft drinks are free, and the locker room is spacious enough to hold your luggage, which is reassuring. The public bath is fairly large and has a bedrock bath, mugwort sauna, and high-temperature sauna, and there are many kinds of shampoos, body soaps, hair oils, and body creams. Towels are always replenished in the changing room, and there are ReFa hair dryers, so you can really relax. I also enjoyed five free bottles of wine. I filled my stomach with the free self-serve ramen and ochazuke, and had free curry and ochazuke in the morning. Since check-out was at 12 pm, I was able to relax in the sauna until the very last minute. It's a capsule, so it's a little small. It can't be helped, but next time I think I'll stay in a slightly larger private capsule. This time I traveled with just a backpack, and although the hotel I stayed at the day before was expensive, it was quite inconvenient. This place, however, was completely comfortable. The security was also excellent; as the name suggests, it was a safe and reliable place to stay. It was great! ☺️

I used this hotel for the first time on May 14th. I made a reservation online, but I didn't receive a confirmation email, so I called to confirm my reservation beforehand. Upon arrival, the front desk staff handled my check-in quickly and efficiently. The young female staff member who assisted me was very polite and kind. She was always smiling and spoke clearly, which made me feel good even before checking in. I usually use nearby capsule hotels, but I'm glad I chose this one this time. The sauna, lounge, and rooms were all clean, and the drink bar and snacks were excellent! Honestly, considering how well-equipped it is, the price is incredibly cheap! Based on my past experiences and considerable prejudice, I don't have high expectations for the customer service of capsule hotel staff. However, the staff here, especially the young female staff member who handled my front desk, were perfect in both smile and customer service! I overheard from a distance that she could speak some basic English! I think there are many international visitors, so I believe foreigners can also stay here with peace of mind!
