The Phoenix Hotel

I had an amazing stay at Phoenix Hotel Yerevan! The staff were very nice and accommodating, especially Keron, the male receptionist — such a friendly and helpful guy who really made my stay more pleasant. The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the city, surrounded by shops, bars, and stores, making it very convenient to explore Yerevan. My room was absolutely beautiful with a modern, aesthetic design — I loved it so much! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yerevan.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Yerevan! The property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and its location is perfect—just a short walk to many of the city’s main attractions. What really stood out, was the outstanding customer service. A special shoutout to the lady at the reception desk, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. Her warm attitude and eagerness to assist with any questions truly exceeded my expectations. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place with great amenities and service that makes you feel at home, I highly recommend this hotel!

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect, the staff are lovely, and if you have any problems, they are always happy to help you.

Great location within walking distance of attractions, cafes and bars. The room was modern and well appointed however there are massive issues with noise - we could hear everything in reception as well as our very loud neighbours. The pool was freezing and the sauna has an extra fee so effectively is as if they weren’t provided.

Great location in Yerevan, close to all main attractions. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and very comfortable: perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!
