We believe it has now changed names, to 'Best Bar', but it is a good pub, we were in there just before restrictions were made as to the number of people who were allowed in, the manager/owner had tie wraps to ensure only a certain number of people got in (100) Good service behind the bar and the waitors had no issues serving at the tables. Rest room facilities were good, on the same level as the bar, so avoided any stairs to cellar

Great hospitality a big shout out for George the George from Formby And Mike on the door from Dublin. Great decision to change the name from the Chelsea pub nobody would want to drink in the Chelsea pub to the “best pub in Lintz.” 👍😷😷😷😷🤫

Chelsea Pub, Linz Austria have the the best staff and great atmosphere. We visited in July and walked to the pub from the docks. Along the way my wife took a wrong step and twisted her ankle quite badly. We were on our way to Chelsea Pub so we went in to get comfortable and see what the damage was. The staff made her comfortable and we totally enjoyed the evening. When we had to leave Kieran helped by giving her a crutch to help with the return. All I can say is the Pub is fun people are great and the food good. We used the crutch the rest of the trip. Thank you Chelsea pub!

Chelsea Pub is very typical English sports pub with great atmosphere, very friendly staff and great selection of local Austrian, British and other crafts beer. They also offer snacks like pizzas, sandwiches and alike. Being a sports pub there always some sports games to watch for anyone. As popular as this pub in Linz is, one should reserve a table well in advance as it gets extremely crowded in the evening when games are on.

Myself and three of my friends were visiting from the USA and were offered to get an important game on the tv for us. The whole staff and the people in the pub were very genuine. A bar I will recommend to my friends anytime they stop into Linz!

Friday night is usually party night, but tonight the whole of Linz is quiet. Still the Chelsea pub is a relaxing haven near the spare try it.

If you come to Linz, and want to have something other than the local beer, then come here. Great selection of draught and bottled beers and ciders.
