The hotel is designed in an inviting and very pleasant way to stay. The hotel staff is professional and happy to help with any questions or requests. The meals are very tasty, and a big plus for us was the gluten-free menu that is perfectly adapted to our daughter. We highly recommend the hotel. And we would be happy to return to this hotel in the future.

We had an unforgettable experience at the Venero Hotel in Thessaloniki. From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt like VIP guests. The level of service, personal attention and care was exceptional. The reception staff was amazing, always with a smile, patience and a genuine desire to help. The rooms were clean, well-designed and comfortable, and the breakfast was rich, fresh and very tasty. Special thanks to Alexandra and John from the reception team. They invested in us beyond all expectations, dedicated personal time to us, sat with us, thought together with us about the places that would best suit us and recommended routes, restaurants and attractions that made our vacation perfect. We felt that they really wanted us to enjoy ourselves, and were not just doing their job. Special thanks also to Maria from the restaurant team, who welcomed us every morning with a huge smile, kindness and a big heart. Her service, attention to every detail and the warm atmosphere she created made every breakfast a particularly pleasant experience. We travel quite a bit around the world, and this is without a doubt one of the best hospitality experiences we have had. A big thank you to all the staff at Hotel Venero for a perfect vacation. We will definitely be back again and will highly recommend you to everyone we know.

the hotel looks questionable from the outside, the inside is welcoming and beautiful. the staff are friendly and kind. rooms are very clean and comfortable. breakfast is very good especially with kids. excellent choice.
