This is a high rating because of the great staff who work here, otherwise I would not rate my 10-day long stay at this 5-star hotel as high. Our stay was not without problems, but the staff were so kind and welcoming that accommodated to fix all the issues as soon as possible. À la carte breakfast is designed to follow the hotel's reduced-waste policies, however, it does not offer breakfast dishes, rather a buffet that one needs to order from a menu. As we were not in control of our portions, we ended wasting food that otherwise we wouldn't. Bougatsas, the city's iconic breakfast, are unedible here. They serve Frozen bougatsas that are warmed up, not crunchy and not tasty. Greek salad was consistently tasteless. Turkey breats were randomly mistaken with bacon. Stale bread was served more than once. When asked for toasts, we got burnt toast once and warmed bread slices the second time. We ended up having our breakfast from surrounding cafes and pastry shops in the last couple days. This is not what you expect on a 5-star breakfast-included stay. Breakfast coffee from the automatic machine is unedible. Staff were kind to pull our coffee from the espresso machine, however, we continued to have problems ordering standard coffee beverages like Flat White. Few of baristas could use basic training to be able to serve better coffee. Once they even pulled more coffee out of a used portafilter in my cup! Anyways, the kindness and warmness of the staff including the kitchen's, filled for any shortcomings. Thankful for that. Thry made our sray enjoyable.

Parking is for a fee and is located far from the hotel.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. A’la carte breakfast is making this place stand out.

We were extremely pleased with the hotel; it could be the top choice for anyone visiting Thessaloniki. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; we thank them very much for their approach.
