Unique location on the water, right in the city center, with nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. The rooms with a terrace are highly recommended when the weather is nice!

First off, the location by the water and 4 minutes from the metro and Blaak tram is excellent. You can really admire the surrounding high-rises from the balcony. I had room number 9, with a terrace, which was reasonably bright thanks to the tilted window and easy to ventilate by opening the door to the terrace. Rooms west of reception are better, as the eastern rooms are affected by kitchen fumes. The terrace is nice for relaxing. The bathroom is okay with a large shower, but there's no storage space for personal items. The room has a large bed, a TV, two armchairs, and a wardrobe. A luggage rack is definitely missing. Although the bed was made during my 4-day stay, the floor was never cleaned; leaves, sand, and a layer of dust remained on the bedside tables. The breakfast buffet was decent, and the room had a nice veranda for sitting. All in all, I recommend it!

Superb location, a truly unique experience. A hotel on the water. Right in the center, close to the sights, yet quiet and romantically idyllic by the water. The staff: polite, friendly, simply fantastic! The rooms were functional and clean. We felt very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered both sweet and savory options, something for everyone, and the coffee was excellent. The hotel's restaurant is first-class.

I stayed here from the 29th May until the 2nd June and the staff, rooms, service and what you have in the hotel is really good. The price you pay is described and the room space was really good. Any concerns you have the receptionists would always be there. If I came back to Rotterdam I’d absolutely stay here again. Thank you

I stayed at the hotel in January this year. The rooms in the hotel were cramped and many of them are like cabins on a ship near the water (including ours, which faced the wall under the sidewalk in front of the hotel). There was probably almost no soundproofing - you can hear absolutely everything from the neighboring rooms and the corridor - I personally woke up several times a night from screaming and slamming doors, and even just from the neighbors walking around. The shower cabin is separated from the bedroom with fogged glass - you can see everything. There was a small window in the room that looked up to the street - you feel isolated. The good thing is that the hotel is located in a fairly central location and is convenient to get everywhere, but the atmosphere inside is a bit off-putting. The staff behaved professionally and kindly.

The hotel has a great location and is okay for one night. Unfortunately, we could hardly sleep because the rooms are so noisy – if you're sensitive to noise, you should look for a different hotel. You can hear absolutely everything (the toilet flushing in the room above, for example). The TV is also quite old, and the room was often rather cold. It took about an hour to warm it up with the air conditioning.

A friendly welcome. Clean and cozy rooms. In the evening, you can enjoy a drink in the bar, read a book, or play a board game. In terms of location, this hotel is also highly recommended.

Super central location. Enjoying a nightcap on the terrace in the evening is fantastic. The lighting and electrical outlets in the rooms could be improved. There's only one hook for towels in the bathroom. But I would still book it again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic service and delicious food!! I thoroughly enjoyed my time at FLOATS Restaurant Rotterdam on the Wijnhaven. The service was incredibly friendly, hospitable, and attentive, making us feel welcome immediately. The dishes were fantastic, every single one of them: beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly prepared with care. The combination of delicious food, top-notch service, and the unique location on the water made the evening complete. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly culinary experience in Rotterdam!

I couldn't find the restaurant's tag, so I'll write about the restaurant using the hostess's tag. 😅😎 Well, I really liked it. 🥰 Autumn red meat 🥩 and excellent service. 🥰🤩 Great atmosphere, great music. 😇 I recommend it to everyone. 😎 We relaxed on the terrace, and it was a special treat 🥰, since the weather that day was purring. 🥰

They seem to have removed my original review, Stayed here 1 night for an event at Ahoy Arena. Noisy at night as you are at street level and people heading home making noise is audible. Rooms were not ready when we arrived past 3pm. Beds are very small, I'm 6ft 2 and was only just comfortable in the single bed. Breakfast poor, everything was empty and disorganised, as a customer I shouldn't be having to point out to staff there were no eggs, mushrooms, sliced bread etc. 32 euros for very little, better going out for breakfast. A very average hotel stay.
