⚠️ WARNING – PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING HERE ⚠️ This was our first night in Mallorca and my birthday. We decided to try this club to do something different — and it completely ruined the start of our trip. My bag was stolen from their locker area. Inside were my passport, rental car keys, expensive sunglasses, and cash. Losing those items in a foreign country is extremely stressful. We had to file a police report and later request an emergency passport because of what happened here. When I asked the bartender for help and whether they could check the cameras, I was told the cameras only show live view and are not recorded. That alone should concern anyone. Security cameras that don’t record provide no real protection in situations like this. The staff showed no urgency and no genuine interest in helping resolve the situation. No one took our contact information. No one attempted to escalate the issue. We were essentially left to deal with it on our own. I also witnessed the bartender open another locker using a simple screwdriver for a different guest. That shows how easily those lockers can be accessed and raises serious concerns about security. We filed a police report that same night, and the officer mentioned they have handled multiple reports connected to this location, especially regarding theft and security. One of our bags was eventually returned — but only after my partner left a Google review that same night. When we got it back, the expensive sunglasses and the cash that had been inside were missing. So while the bag itself was returned, the valuable items were not. The response from management seemed more focused on the negative review than on the fact that a guest had their passport and belongings taken. We were told we “should have texted,” yet staff on site never suggested contacting management or offered any assistance beyond saying there was nothing they could do. HORRIBLE! If you value your belongings and want to enjoy Mallorca without added stress, I strongly suggest choosing another venue. There are many better places on the island with better security and a better OVERALL environment.

We came to this place expecting a fun experience and it turned into an absolute nightmare. Our bag was stolen from the locker room. What made this situation truly unacceptable was the complete lack of care, empathy, and professionalism from the staff. From the start, they showed zero interest in helping us, hid behind the excuse of “at your own risk,” and refused to properly assist or even check the security cameras to see who took our belongings. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable — just basic support after a serious incident. Instead, we were met with indifference, useless responses, and staff who clearly did not want to do their job. This place ruined our day and left us feeling helpless and angry. Do not come here. Terrible service, useless staff, and zero accountability.

Can really recommend this place. Friendly staff, plenty of visitors (we arrived 15 mins after opening and there were already 4 other people) sizeable lockers. Clean bathroom. Even on non themed evenings there was a nice mix of kink, fetish and vanilla. If I were to make one comment and suggestion (but it might be a personal thing) I prefer to have some music playing in a darkroom. But would and will return for sure.

If you're French and looking for a boring experience, feel free to visit the Dark Cruising Bar on a Saturday night. Even though it's busy, most Mallorcans stay at the bar. And if you try to touch them in the backroom, they'll reject you! Very disappointed with this place...

very nice, clean and busy, very good service. I'm sorry for one thing, that I couldn't say goodbye to the guy with glasses at the bar, I forgot his name. I talked to him every night. I was there with my boyfriend. I'm Andrei from Denmark. Please, if you remember, write to me. I want us to be friends like we talked. and now let me tell you about my experience there I have been there 5 times it is very nice and clean about the guy I wrote above he is a very cool guy. he talks very nicely and is very attentive to everything. I talked to him every night and he makes you feel like you are in a gay place ❤️check the dress code beforehand❤️ I need to know about you and keep talking.the guy at the bar is skinny and has glasses
