Sobre este lugar Parque de Maria Luisa (área de cruising)

Parque de María Luisa is Seville's main park, and its quieter southern paths running parallel to Avenida de la Palmera are the city's long-standing outdoor cruising area. Locals call the practice cancaneo. Activity starts in the evening, and in high summer it shifts later because of the heat. Dense planting gives cover, but paths are poorly lit after dark. The park nominally closes overnight, so late visitors may be moved on. Carry little of value, stay aware of who is around, and remember that sexual activity in public can still bring a fine under Spanish public-order law, even where cruising is tolerated.

Very nice park, right next to Plaza de España. Radiates a lot of peace and has cozy spots with flowers. Ideal in bright temperatures which is often in Seville. There are nearby stands with water and ice creams.

A splendid park in the immediate vicinity of the Spanish Steps, ideal for escaping from it on days when the sun is unbearable. Lush vegetation and ponds that relax the mind.

A popular tourist attraction in Seville, Plaza de España was located in the vast Park Maria Luisa. This Maria Luisa Park was created by Princess Maria Luisa of Orléans, who gave away part of her palace. From Plaza de España, we went into a green space, and the promenade passed through the lush greenery, and it was a beautiful park dotted with many ponds.

If you ever come to Seville, please, come to this place! It's beautiful and natural, and there's a lot of ducks you can feed by hand. There's also monuments and right next to it is Plaza de España which is one of the most beautiful plazas in Spain. There's also trees from al around the world here. So, If you find yourself in Seville, come here! Instant 10/10 for me.

Maria Luisa Park is a large green space south of the city. In addition to being a place to walk in the green, it is worth a visit because it was donated by Maria Luisa to organize the 1929 Expo and therefore there are the pavilions of various nations, now used to host cultural centers or other, which deserve attention for their architecture.

Very funny, a well spent afternoon! It's a shame to be full of horse stools, scattered on the floor!

Well worth a stroll after visiting the Plaza de Espana. It's completely free and covers a large area so there are lots of quiet spots away from the crowds. It has wide tree-lined avenues, shady paths, formal planting and beautiful tall palms, plus ponds and fountains and some rather grand buildings around the Plaza America at the far side of the park. There's also a café near the Plaza America which makes a nice stop for refreshments or a snack.

Beautiful park, that connects to the Plaza. It's fairly large, so well worth renting as chuckle wagon to ride around it. Stunning.

Another world, here the care for public greenery, parks and gardens are examples rich in variety, colours and cared for with attention and passion. I don't make comparisons with our public gardens, it would be a waste of time. These, on the other hand, deserve applause and only compliments on those who manage nature.

The park is next to the famous Plaza de España, whose spectacular architecture has appeared in the Star Wars film series as the planet Naboo. Walking through the square and the surrounding park can therefore feel like stepping into a cinematic world. The area is especially enjoyable for photography, leisurely walks and relaxing beneath the trees.

Walking through its gardens is lovely, but seeing how the poor carriage horses endure 30-degree heat inside this park is not so much.
