Paul and Amanda were absolutely wonderful. Their service was excellent — they were so friendly, attentive, and helpful. They really made us feel welcomed and well taken care of.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Way, way better than the Novotel in Central Cardiff and much better value for money too.

Lovely hotel with fabulous views across Cardiff bay. Easy walk across to Cardiff bay for a great selection of shops, entertainment and restaurants. Spa and gym in the hotel are the perfect way to finish off a stay and staff were excellent (Rowan on reception was outstanding and the staff at the first floor function room with the large patio area overlooking the bay couldn't have been more helpful

Clean and comfortable hotel with a pleasant heated indoor swimming pool ,size big enough to do lengths in and a jacuzzi & sauna too .Staff are helpful and friendly .Lent us the hotel umbrellas as it was pouring down when we arrived .A short walk to Mermaid Quay of 5 minutes to various restaurants ,cafés,shops and bars .We had a room with a terrace overlooking Cardiff Bay .There is a car park next door to the hotel which was busy but we managed to get a space and once at the hotel reception ,you give your vehicle registration details to the staff and it works out £27 per day which is the going rate for that city .
