Came to St David’s as part of a package to use the spa facilities and attend a 2 course meal. The spa itself is absolutely fantastic. Feels luxurious. It’s clearly well maintained. It would be nice if there was more than one changing cubicle in the changing room but that’s very minor. The restaurant is lovely and clean. However there is no clear signage when you go in on where you go to be seated. We felt like lemons stood waiting for someone to notice us despite it being quiet. We saw the bartender and a server look in our different but we were still left standing until noticed by a third person. The set menu for the package is very minuscule. Not necessarily anything I would’ve chosen. It would be nice if there was an option to upgrade for better choices. I opted for the gnocchi which was nice enough but wouldn’t have again. Was a bit too oily and the oil for the dish ran down the cutlery as you ate. Once seated the staff were friendly and checked on us. Would visit again.
