Oh my goodness, it took me so long for this place to refund my money. They really don't like refunding. I went back and forth with Expedia, with Ty rosa saying the refund has been processed, a week later still no money 😒. This took weeks. In the end I got in touch with PayPal and reported my case. And my money was refunded there and then. Awful awful customer service from ty rosa. I definitely wouldn't be booking again.

If I could I would honestly leave zero stars. Myself, a friend and mum have left today after staying there for two nights. I booked it because online it looks very clean and well priced. Unfortunately we were all horrified when we got there at the state of the rooms. They were unclean, and thick dust everywhere. I had to buy cleaning wipes to actually clean things before using them. I would usually stay in a travel lodge etc but I thought I would support an independently owned business, but honestly it was awful. The shower in my ensuit did not work, it just ran cold. My mum used to communal bathroom which was also filthy and not stocked (no toilet paper or hand wash) when she asked the “housekeeper” if you can call him that considering the state of the place, he just shrugged it off with no apology. She was made to feel like she was in the wrong for asking for the bare minimum. I do not recommend this place. I now intend to bathe in bleach to feel clean after that experience.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Cardiff. We felt so welcomed and safe staying here and got some great recommendations for our road trip through Wales. I would recommend to all of my LGBT friends and family. Plus there are two very cute and very fluffy cats!!!!!

The people were so nice and welcoming. The bedroom for one person was very small but I got used to it. There is only one bathroom for at least 4 rooms. If you are ok with a shared bathroom, I recommend this hotel.
