Sobre este lugar Premier Inn Wolverhampton City Centre

A budget chain hotel on Broad Gauge Way, right beside Wolverhampton railway station, so arrivals from Birmingham or London walk in within a couple of minutes. The Grand Theatre and the Halls are about five minutes on foot, and Molineux is under a kilometre away, which makes it a common pick on Wolves match days. There are around 109 rooms in the chain's standard format, with doubles, twins, family and accessible rooms. Breakfast and dinner are served in the on-site restaurant. Parking is in a paid car park at a guest rate of £9.50 a night. The hotel shut for a refurbishment in 2025 and has since reopened. Mainstream hotel, not a gay venue.

Fantastic stay. The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the city centre and surrounding bars. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home straight away. Large car park. Our room was large, spotless, and very comfortable. Even with the train station nearby, the room was remarkably quiet, and the blackout curtains made it easy to get a restful night's sleep.

We stayed here for one night while attending a concert nearby. The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station, so it was easy to navigate to during the day. The hotel itself looks a bit shabby from the outside, and was surrounded by litter, although the interior was nicely presented. We used the self service screen to check in as there were other guests already at the desk. We are both fairly tech savvy, but it was surprisingly complicated and took a good while to progress through the screens, especially when trying to get the key card linked to the room! The room was more than big enough, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was clean. The only noticeable issue was that because our room was on the top floor, there was a constant, loud rumbling sound coming from the ceiling all night, presumably from air con or similar, which did keep me awake. We also booked to have breakfast at the hotel. We couldn't see any signage for the breakfast area, which was a short walk away across a landscaped area, so we had to ask at reception where to go. The staff at breakfast were friendly and there was a reasonable amount of choice for food and drinks (we booked the continental breakfast only), however, we did feel a bit pressured to be quick as many of the tables were roped off and not being used. Although the hotel is close to the train station, which was its main selling point when we decided to book, it wasn't actually as easy to reach as anticipated, though we aren't familiar with the local area so that probably factored in. The pedestrian subway linking the station to the road opposite the hotel car park was shuttered off at some point in the evening, which we discovered when navigating back to the hotel after our concert. We then spent a while wandering around trying to find an alternative route, eventually coming across an underpass which didn't look like you were meant to go down it. Therefore, we would advise future guests to plan ahead for an alternative route back to the hotel, if you will be returning late at night. If we ever did come back for another concert in Wolverhampton, we would look at other hotels instead.

Perfect location for work as close to station, ample parking ( chargeable ) and a great nights sleep. Team members happy and chatty as ever. Pub is across from the Premier Inn so I didn't have meals but Aldi next door for snacks etc so great to settle in. Just was a massive problem with rats outside , the grounds have plants that encourage them , saw two in broad daylight so that needs sorting.

I had a great experience staying here for a few nights. Comfortable beds and all the facilities I would need. Special thanks to Leon at reception who went above and beyond to make sure me and my friends had a comfortable stay! Thanks Leon :) xx

Bed very comfy. Room clean and spacious. Shower is over bath and very high to step into so would not recommend for anyone who has mobility / stability issues. The main issue is breakfast & refreshments. This is next door in a pub. This closes by 10pm so don't expect any late night drinks. Breakfast - you need to a book a time slot. Only 3 groups can book each 15 mins slot so if you need to leave by a certain time, best to do this quickly. When we arrived at 10.15am, there were no bowls, glasses, plates or butter. This was sorted after about 15 mins. Tables are not cleared of used cutlery and crockery. We ordered breakfast and waited over 45mins!! When it did come we were disappointed: undercooked bacon, uncooked tomato, cold mushrooms. Tables still not cleared of continental crockery. This may have been because the staff were all sitting and eating themselves. Great location for access to city centre if you are going to the Halls for a concert, but next time I won't bother with breakfast but go out elsewhere.

The room was clean and comfy. Reception is very small, only 2 seats and there is no toilet so the only one to use was in the room which was unfortunate as I arrived early and could not check in so had to wait a while. We had to book for breakfast and waited half an hour for it to arrive once we ordered. Scrambled egg was just cold, I should have ordered poached as my friend had those and they were cooked fresh and hot and the rest of the food was good. Staff were friendly and the cleaner was kind enough to unblock our loo as there are no facilities in the hotel other than the room so we could have been in a pickle as we had a long journey home. Convenient and right next to Wolverhampton train station if you use the correct exit so check before you walk half a mile further than you need to like I did.

As a food delivery driver who visits this hotel regularly, I'm writing to formally complain about the repeated unprofessional treatment I've received from the reception staff. On my last few visits, two receptionists—one English lady speaking and one European lady have been very rude and inhospitable. Whenever I arrive with a delivery and wait politely inside, they told me I'm not allowed and must wait outside. Additionally, I raised concerns about the parking system, explaining I risk getting a fine while waiting outside. I requested to enter my registration number, but the staff refused and said the grace period is only for customers. This dismissive behavior toward delivery drivers is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your service.
