Extremely rude staff, very noisy until 1:00 AM, shouting, since people live there, it's like a brothel. In addition, all the employees are extremely rude. Don't go.

A simple but cozy little inn. I called at midnight and went straight there, I paid right away.

For those looking for something cheap, good quality, and affordable, this is the best guesthouse. Whenever I come to Recife I stay there; it's very good and safe too.

The guesthouse is well-organized, the rooms are well-kept, the service is very good, and the place is very peaceful. We loved spending the night there. 10/10

Great stay. Everything was clean. Although the bathroom was shared, it was always very clean. The air conditioning and TV worked. Very quiet. I recommend it.

Stress started upon arrival, as I made it very clear that there were 10 of us in 3 cars, and we could only book with them if all 3 garages were available. So, it was agreed that there would be one garage at this inn and the other 2 cars would stay at the other inn. When I arrived, the young man who attended to me said there was no garage. I showed her the messages exchanged with the attendant, and she just kept saying there wasn't one, until 2 garages appeared at the other inn. I looked and said: "But ma'am! There isn't a space here? What are we going to do, pay for an Uber to get back?" The attendant didn't know how to explain, she could easily have resolved the situation, she just had to inform us that the other inn was next door, but no, they don't even know how to talk to customers. When we went to park the cars, luckily there were only 2, because the other couple decided to stay in an apartment, another headache, the woman in charge of the place, with no sense of space, wanted the car to be parked in a place where my husband couldn't even get out after parking, and to park the car, she had a customer move the car, claiming that there could only be parking for 1 car in each room. Detail: We were embarrassed by the other customers and proposed that we block each other's exit so that the guy could park his car, for that it would be necessary to move another car, but proving that the women's dialogue and friendliness were zero, they frowned and didn't even accept talking, I went there to try to smooth things over, but they were talking about us and the other customers in a mocking tone. Up to that point, great! When I entered the room, I praised it, told the other colleagues that it was worth it, it was in a good, clean place. We left, when we returned, without electricity, in unbearable heat. I contacted the woman, and this time she was friendly and polite. She apologized and said they were trying to contact a technician and that they would solve the problem, and in fact, the problem was solved in the morning. Then we went to sleep, since the heat of the early morning did not allow us to rest. With the room locked, we all started to sleep, when suddenly, there was a noise at the door, someone moving around, everyone jumped out of bed startled... Someone opened the door, that is, an employee with the key, opened the door to our room. I went there, the woman said she thought there was no one there, she wanted to know if we had found anything, I looked, she said no. When I returned to the room, everyone had gotten up, the mood to stay there was over, everyone started to get ready and we left. In short! The inn is well located, very affordable price, clean place. However, there is a lack of professionalism; the attendants need to learn how to communicate with customers, they need to respect other people's space, they need to act like there's no one in a room, they shouldn't give employees the right to enter the room and look for something—a great lack of professionalism and respect.

I liked it, a good guesthouse for those passing through Recife, we went as a couple. Very close to the airport, fair price, room with air conditioning. I didn't find it noisy like other comments. I recommend it.

A dump in Bras, I was in this place on the 30th and 31st until 12:00, horrible service. When I arrived, the receptionist wanted me to pay without even looking at the room. The room was clean, but the towels and bed linens were old. The electrical outlets work poorly, besides the noise from next door. The place has no security and no parking. The location is next to the airport, but far from the beach. I don't recommend it to anyone unless it's free and you bring your own sheets from home. The shared bathroom is dirty.
