​We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough! The accommodations were fantastic, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible hospitality. ​A special thank you to Paul Didier, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness added a truly personal touch to our trip. We will definitely be back!

The staff and location are excellent. The rooms need a bit of service. Broken TV mount, cracked shower basin, loose toilet seat all were a bit annoying. The elevators need up/down indicators at the landings, and really the building needs a dedicated service elevators and another regular. Special recognition due to Christina Sobel, the Sales Director. When the hotel was evacuated, she put herself in the path of a few hundred agitated guests to explain, guide and support as best she could for a MINIMUM of 3.5 hours, non-stop. While no job should demand that level of effort outside of "normal" duties, she rose to and surpassed the norm. Well done. K. & E. Tucker

Stayed here for a week in January and it was my first time in the US. I have booked the king room and it was lovely. The room was spacious and the bed was big enough for a decent night of sleep 👍literally same standard room as any other hotel we have here in Europe. Would definitely book again if I fancied another round in NYC ✅

When reserving a room ask for a room nearer the lower part of the hotel. There's only three elevators serving38 floors, and if you're on one of the upper floors, the wait for a down elevator can be upwards of 7 minutes.

Good service, great location, and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is well situated and made it easy to get around. The only downside is that the property is starting to look a little dated and could benefit from some fresh paint and new wallpaper. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value.

The hotel is located in the commercial area. Easy and convenient to get to. Close to restaurants and subway.

Elevators do not match the number of rooms

Booked this room for a 1-night stay in Manhattan simply because it was price competitive with even hostels in the area when I was staying. Check in is on the second floor, meaning either a relatively slow elevator or you can take the stairs which I preferred and didn't take too long. The check in was swift past 4pm, and the staff were all amazing. The room was nice with a great view from the 41st floor. Other reviews mention slow elevators and while there could be a wait it was never more than 5 minutes from leaving the room to walking out the front door. The location is 10/10 putting you in walking distance to anything in Lower Manhattan, but also has great subway connections via Whitehall St and Bowling Green Baggage hold was available and included, and the people running this were also amazing, I held my bags before check in and before my flight the next day as I had a late departure with no issue whatsoever.
