Nothing bad to say. Front desk was very friendly. My only complaint is the tvs are so out dated. Quality is horrible

Easy in. Just about off the fwy. Quite. Can't really see it from the road. Big facility. Friendly staff.

Staff is friendly, hot breakfast buffet in the morning has a variety of options from eggs and bacon, to oatmeal, waffles, toast. Cold cereal, fresh cut fruit, hard boiled eggs and yogurt. Suites are spacious with full kitchens. Location is in the Brookside Business Park, nice area! Highly recommend!

Great Staff! Spacious rooms

A very good location with plenty of services within walking distance. Rooms are spacious with a kitchen and full size fridge. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They also offer a complimentary breakfast, which ends at 10 am. Great for late risers. Only complaint is that it was noisy being rifles next to an entrance. Door opening and closing can be heard all the time.

I feel compelled to write a review about exceptional customer service. I checked into this Residence Inn and met Abdullah at the front desk and he provided excellent service checking me in. He was quick and thorough and explained everything about the hotel and was very friendly. When I got to my room I tried to hook my Roku device up to the TV. Nothing that I tried worked and then I noticed that the box on the back was broken. I contacted Abdullah and he immediately sent a maintenance person, Dale, to my room. Dale recognize that the box was broken and went and promptly got a new one. That also didn't work so rather than wasting time trying to figure it out he worked with Abdullah to change my room. They work together to find one close by since I had already brought all my things in. Dale even went and got my keys to the new room and got a cart and moved all my stuff for me and when we got to the new room he waited and helped connect my Roku device to make sure that it worked. Both were extremely friendly and helpful and made sure that my experience would be a good one after the broken TV. Things like a broken TV happen but what matters is how people respond. Both Abdullah and Dale went above and beyond and provided me with exceptional customer service. I appreciate it very much and if I am back in this area again I will definitely stay here because of their customer service. Thank you Abdullah and Dale!! I appreciate it and you both.
