Good service, only the room was a little neglected.

They never answer the phone.

One star is way too many, it's a disgrace. I paid and they didn't even give me towels the first day, and the second day I couldn't shower or have breakfast. The employees have no respect. I don't recommend it.

The place is super comfortable, perfect for travelers and visitors... with a group of incredibly hospitable, kind, and empathetic people... with comfortable and very cozy rooms... the staff are fantastic! Highly recommended! The price is fair for the services. 👍

The place is good, apparently they're refurbishing some rooms. The mattresses aren't very good. Brisa and Cindi's service was excellent throughout. Their kindness was evident. They were attentive and helped us resolve any issues we needed. The breakfast is very good. My recommendation is that the receptionists take a course to improve their customer service and specialize in the field.

There are no stars to rate this place. I don't recommend it. We went to spend one night to rest, and it was impossible to sleep thanks to the employees who were partying in the early hours of September 14th. They didn't stop making noise, laughing, and shouting for a single second, and when my husband tried to complain, they mocked him and told him he had to be a man to complain. Besides, the room was full of cockroaches. The owner doesn't show her face and doesn't respond to complaints. Most importantly, upon arrival, they informed us of all the hotel's rules, such as no smoking in the room and no disturbing the peace with noise, as everything would result in a fine. I ask you, are they going to compensate us for not being able to rest?

It leaves much to be desired. We chose it to rest, and it's impossible here. The staff have no regard for guests. There's a list of prohibitions, but the women party at night and don't care about anything. Don't choose this place; it lacks amenities and comfort for people who need to rest. Not recommended at all. We are still waiting for a response from the owners regarding our complaints.

This time, I wasn't there on vacation last week; my wife was recovering from surgery, and I had nowhere to stay. I went, and honestly, from day one, the staff treated me so well that I felt right at home, very welcoming. I'm Lucas from Villa Dolores, and I want to emphasize the wonderful staff who treat you so well. That's so important because it makes you want to come back. Congratulations to all the employees! Thank you, and I recommend it 100%.
