Extremely noisy. The rooms facing the street have zero soundproofing. Furthermore, they want to charge you for late check-out at the price of a full night's stay, which is outrageous. They didn't give us this information at check-in, even though we had spoken to reception about it. They give you the information at the last minute, leaving you with no choice. It's outrageous.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The only drawback is that the parking garage is extremely small and the steps are tight. If you have a truck and want to park it, please inquire beforehand.

The place is lovely and has everything. It's outrageous that they require you to leave your full credit card number and security code! Absolutely unacceptable.

It is an excellent hotel, the location is strategic for wine routes, the wineries are very close and near other places such as Potrerillos and Chacras del Coria.

Off-topic but important comment that speaks volumes about the kind of employee they have: A hotel receptionist found my phone on the bus and took the time to notify me and return it. Details like these are significant; they speak volumes about the person—people who are truly worthwhile. He restored a little bit of my hope in the world. Thank you, I'm incredibly grateful.
