Just the absolute best things to say about the location, staff, food and wine! Coming back again this year and wouldn’t stay anywhere else 💗💗💗
Fantastic beautiful rooms with a lot of space that look out onto a cute vineyard. The rooms are quiet, and the rooms have a lot of space. They're very clean for being next to nature, so no bugs! The breakfast is quite excellent and the glass of wine in the golden hour is worth taking outside. In fact, you should consider this one of the places to just do a night of wines. Highly recommend, my only qualm was the unreliable WiFi but it's my fault. I should have just taken days off.
We absolutely loved our stay at Finca Adalgisa Wine Hotel. Every detail felt thoughtful - from the beautiful rooms to the vineyard, gardens, and peaceful pool area. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, and the entire property had such a relaxing, serene atmosphere. One of our favorite experiences was the cooking class—highly recommend adding that to your stay! It made the visit feel even more special. This boutique hotel is truly something special, and we can’t wait to come back.
We had an absolutely amazing stay at Finca Adalgisa. The staff was so incredible - truly such kind hosts. We enjoyed tapas hour every night as well as the Asado dinner. The grounds are so beautiful and lots of surprise animal friends too! Location was great for everything we wanted to do in Mendoza as well. We hope to return one day soon!!!
We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. Loved the idea of water dispenser at our leisure and the wine dispenser was a bit of fun. The staff were beyond friendly and always helpful. Light food in the evening including the free starter was lovely and town was only a 10min walk away
