Finca Adalgisa

We came to Mendoza considering other, much more expensive places, but choosing Finca Adalgisa ended up being one of the best decisions of the entire trip. Every corner of the property is beautiful. The care and love are evident in every detail: the gardens, the vineyards, the tranquil spaces… everything is immaculate and incredibly charming. It doesn't feel contrived or artificial, but rather authentic and soulful. The room is spectacular: spacious, comfortable, and very well thought out, with a balcony offering incredible views that make every morning and sunset unforgettable. The food is excellent—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly suited to the setting. And the service truly stands out: warm, attentive, and five-star quality, but without being rigid or pretentious. It offers a luxurious experience, but with something many more expensive hotels lack: personality and warmth. I highly recommend it. We would definitely return.

A beautiful place to stay. Tucked away in lovely Chacras and convenient for wine tours in the region. Wish we had booked longer and used it as our base to tour around. Highly recommend!

Finca Adalgisa is such a special place and I wish we could have stayed longer. We were there 3 nights and enjoyed both the cooking class and asado experience on the property. The grounds are lovely and so peaceful and we met some wonderful people during the evening events. Our room was very spacious and had an amazing view. We did have 1 plumbing problem but the team was able to correct it. The included breakfast was delicious and the perfect way to start the day. My only regret is that we had our wine tour pickups so early so we had to rush through breakfast.

An incredibly inviting place to relax and enjoy the peace and beauty of Chacras de Coria. All the staff were very friendly, both at breakfast and in the restaurant. A welcome drink is included throughout your stay!

Everything was excellent!

Finca Adalgisa is special. The property is a refuge in Mendoza with historic charm and five star amenities. The pool is nestled against a field of grapevines, and there are a number of charming, well-decorated rooms for gathering and relaxing. Breakfast is served daily and is lovely, and each evening you can enjoy a complimentary glass of the Finca’s wine alongside a delicious tapa. Additional menu items are available, and the kitchen staff is incredibly welcoming and talented. I would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our time at this intimate finca. It's set amongst their small vineyard and has wonder grounds to explore. The architecture and rooms fit the wine country vibe perfectly and we often felt like we had the pool to ourselves. The staff were incredible and we really enjoyed the cooking class with Cristina and the asado dinner. We would highly recommend and almost want to keep this special place a secret to ourselves. ;)

Beautiful boutique hotel in Luján de Cuyo, family run with a great history. Pure peace and tranquility whilst the rest of the world is busy being crazy! Staff are lovely and incredibly attentive. Rooms are stunning, very private and spacious with all amenities. Food is excellent in the restaurant, and portions are huge!!! unfortunately we never got to try the BBQ however guests informed us it was amazing. Wine region literally around the corner for a full day of wine tasting and some more excellent choices for all sorts of food - fine dining to street food. Highly recommend visiting and the pièce de résistance is the 24hr wine vending machine which serves up the family’s own wines (And all the amazing staff 👏)

We went for dinner, we didn't stay overnight. The service, attention, and quality of the food were excellent.

Located in a cool, safe suburb of Mendoza with great restaurants and cafes within walking distance or a 6-10 minute cab ride. Peaceful and very relaxing. Complimentary wine and tapas a wonderful way to start your evening. Knowledgable and attentive staff. Our rooms were close to the pool with ample outdoor seating. Breakfast plentiful and delicious. Loved the water station.

We had 6 nights at Finca Adalgisa. The room was extremely comfortable and the gardens, which extend into the vineyard, are beautiful. The pool area was spotless. The breakfast was very good, with eggs from the family farm. Evenings were very convivial, with guests gathering to chat over wine, tapas or more elaborate meals, which were delicious. The staff were friendly but very professional, knowledgeable and engaging. We would love to come back. It's a short walk into the little town of Chacras, and a quick Uber ride into Mendoza.
