Excellent service, beautiful hotel.

It was lovely to have a spa in the room. The view from the room was beautiful. The heating was excellent and the food was especially delicious. The breakfast was sensational. The reception staff were incredibly friendly.

This is a fantastic place to spend a few days relaxing by the lake. The service is impeccable, the rooms have a fabulous view and there is a unique restaurant in the tree house. It’s a little way out of Bariloche so it’s quieter than the centre of town but it’s just 15 mins by taxi. The food quality is a little lacking - it tries too hard to be fine dining but the food doesn’t quite hit the mark you’d expect for the price. The menu is limited, some items were unavailable and there is a lack of vegetables on offer. The staff are kind. We arranged to have a massage, which was done in our room as there was no spa, but that was fine. The tree house restaurant claims to be smallest restaurant in the world (just one table) and is a unique was of spending dinner. It’s not cheap but it’s an unforgettable memory. Well worth it.

We loved the Charming!! Wow, there's so much to say, but in short: - In the standard room: lovely garden view and partial lake view. It feels private. It has a small terrace, but it works well for enjoying the view. Everything was fine with the general cleanliness, the bed, pillows, and sheets. Blackout curtains provide good darkness for sleeping. The whirlpool tub works well, the shower requires a little patience, but it's nothing terrible. - Breakfast: VERY tasty savory options, fruit, coffee, milk, eggs cooked to order, and delicious fresh orange juice. - The staff was attentive and genuinely friendly at all times. - Details that could be improved: bathroom ventilation, especially in those rooms without windows, a slightly wider selection of pastries, and maintenance of the pool umbrellas. Go!! We will be back.
