Excellent stay, the view is unbeatable 😍 all the service was spectacular. The breakfast was very good, and the pool and jacuzzi were heated all day.

Excellent location, with an excellent view

The room was clean, with a beautiful view, well heated, the shower water was at a perfect temperature, the breakfast was delicious and varied, and the service was very friendly. I would return and stay longer.

I went alone with my 10-year-old son, and the comfort and security the hotel offered was everything I was looking for for a mother-son getaway. There's internet access throughout the hotel, and the heated pool is ideal when traveling with children. They were also kind enough to add an extra bed so my son could sleep by the window, as he wanted. The lake view is breathtaking, and the direct beach access is a real treat. We'll be back! ❤️

The place is very nice, it has a jacuzzi for the general public next to the pool, the pool is heated, there is a sauna and overall the facilities are 10/10

Excellent attention and service

A beautiful place right on the lake! The breakfast was amazing! The staff was very friendly! Lucas at reception explained everything very well! And the best part? They're pet-friendly!!! Perfect for those of us traveling with our pets. We'll be back!!! 🫶

I love this place, its location is absolutely gorgeous! The peace and the view from each room are the perfect recipe for escaping the stress of any city. I'm 40 years old, and ever since I was 12, every time I travel to Bariloche, I stay in this apartment. It's like a second home to me!

The staff is excellent, both at reception and in the kitchen. The kitchen staff is very attentive. The breakfast is quite comprehensive. The heated pool was very nice, but the changing rooms are very small. I had a problem with the room permit and they moved me to a larger one free of charge. The rooms need maintenance; the three-person room is very small. They were doing some renovations.
