We didn’t stay very long as me and my partner got ill. But have to leave a review to comment on how friend and accommodating they were to us with this and how grateful we are. The night we did check in (although straight to bed) there was clearly a great atmosphere in the hostel and it was very sociable and fun . The staff are so incredibly kind

My girlfriend and I stayed at the hostel in March. We booked in advance, and everything agreed upon was honored. The location is good, far from the city center for a quieter atmosphere, but close enough to Bustillos and Pioneros to easily catch a bus anywhere using the SUBE card. Since our trip involved spending some days at the hostel and others trekking or visiting friends who live in the south, we rotated between different rooms. Most were very comfortable, except for one tiny room downstairs that was truly small. (Some days they gave us the room without towels, and other days they did; they even left them folded into hearts or snail shapes on the bed. We never complained because we had brought our own towels anyway.) Breakfast is very good, with coffee, milk, homemade bread for toast (with jam, dulce de leche, cream cheese, and butter), yogurt, and cereal (flakes and chocolate-flavored balls). The common areas are very nice, with a lounge area, sofas, a coffee table, a Smart TV, and board games. Behind one of the armchairs, they let you put your suitcases if you leave your room and come back later. The kitchen is very well-equipped; there are two refrigerators for storing things, a large stove, and plenty of pots, pans, and cutlery—nothing is missing. There's also a microwave for reheating and an electric kettle. The staff was very friendly; there's always a great atmosphere, which makes a big difference. The only thing I can say is that some nights, outside of quiet hours (11 pm), we could hear them having fun in the room, especially one night when my girlfriend and I woke up because they were shouting, "Who came down from the sky? I don't know, a star, a heart of silk," and they were taking turns saying it. Personally, I don't mind a little noise in a hostel; I understand that's part of the experience. But if you're planning to rest so you can get up very early for trekking, you might be better off requesting one of the bungalows rather than the rooms next to the living room. I hope they take the recommendations to heart to keep improving. We're giving them 5 stars anyway because we had a great time!

Very good. We slept in a shared room. The breakfast was perfect.

Without a doubt, the best hostel in Bariloche. Excellent location, super quiet, friendly atmosphere, and all the facilities are incredibly comfortable. More than a hostel, it's a home. I'll always come back!
