I stayed in cabin 3, and I loved the place! From the very first moment, they clearly explained the services they offer, and the price is very reasonable. In my case, I didn't want to be near the center, and the Playa Bonita area is my favorite, so being able to stay right there was perfect. The cabin is very well-equipped. It's run by its owners, who are incredibly friendly and attentive. The Wi-Fi could be improved; it sometimes cut out (but it would come back on its own after a few minutes), and the blackout curtains in the room could be improved as they let in a little light in some areas. The view is beautiful from both the living room and the bedroom! And in my case, I was able to check in a few hours before the check-in time and check out a couple of hours after the check-out time. That was super helpful for being able to comfortably pack my luggage and other belongings, especially since I was traveling alone. Without a doubt, it's a place I would recommend and return to!

The cabins are very nice, but overpriced for the service offered. From the beginning, we didn't receive the best treatment from the owners. We requested information to make the reservation or the corresponding invoice (since we have a factory for seasonal items and travel to visit clients), and they never wanted to provide us with the necessary information to ensure our security. They treated us at all times as if they were doing us a favor by renting to us. They don't allow pets (unless you rent the most expensive cabin). When we arrived, no one greeted us, and the same happened when we left. They sent us a very detailed instruction manual with everything we needed to know. Perhaps some might see this as an advantage, but personally, I didn't like it at all. The heating is controlled by management. For the first three days, we were freezing. We asked several times to turn up the heat, and we had to light the fireplace because it was unbearable. After that, the rest of the time, it was far too hot because it was set so high. It was quite uncomfortable not being able to regulate the heating ourselves. One of the reasons we chose this cabin over others was the hot tub with a mountain view—beautiful, but we couldn't use it because the water from all the taps was brown. The shower was quite uncomfortable and didn't work efficiently. The rooms were very nice, the view unbeatable, the beds super comfortable, and the pillows too. The grill was in the parking lot, and the beautiful balcony they show you is shared; the cabins don't have balconies, there's no private outdoor space, the TV isn't smart, and the cable constantly showed static, so we couldn't use it either. The service was what you'd expect from a place that cost half the price. For the same price, we received much better service and amenities elsewhere. And to be clear: This review isn't meant to disparage the accommodation, but rather to give future visitors the most accurate information possible.

Beautiful place!!

Excellent value for money. Great location; if you're driving, you're close to all the points of interest. Peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a good night's sleep.

We stayed in cabin number 7. The cabin was very cozy and had everything we needed for cooking. The view was beautiful, especially when it was snowing. Although the location is far from the center, there are plenty of shops nearby. My suggestion: I would improve the Wi-Fi and offer a continental breakfast. I would definitely return!
