The Llao Llao Hotel is a resort that you absolutely must visit if you have the chance. Its tradition, beautiful decor, and impeccable service make it a perfect hotel for the whole family. It's especially recommended during winter break because there are activities every night at the kids' club. I highly recommend taking a stroll along the park's trails early in the morning. The breakfast is amazing, with a wide variety of fruits, roasted vegetables, Patagonian sausages, jams, pastries, and homemade bread. There's also a waffle and scrambled egg station. Afternoon tea, served in the winter garden overlooking Nahuel Huapi Lake, is a wonderful experience. The rooms offer something for everyone. We stayed in the Moreno wing, which is more modern, but the Bustillo wing is also very nice. We were lucky enough to take a room tour of the other rooms, and all of them (even some of the smaller ones in the Bustillo wing) are beautiful with a shabby chic style. You can have lunch and dinner at the hotel; it's practically an all-inclusive experience. The food could be of higher quality and service. Personally, I felt it didn't live up to the hotel's standards. I would highlight the Patagonian goat, which was delicious. The location is far from the city center and Cerro Catedral. However, the hotel offers a shuttle service to the mountain. We rented a car for $300 at the airport and got around perfectly well for a week.
Incredible views and tranquility.
