Everything is brand new, and the rooms are very comfortable. The service from the girls at reception and at breakfast is a 10/10!

The hotel is very family-run and in a quiet location. The breakfast room is on the first floor and offers a view of the lake. A minor drawback is that it takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to the town center, but this didn't bother me. I can highly recommend this accommodation. I stayed for four nights and slept very well, which isn't always the case…

Evelyn's service was excellent. It's a bit far from the center to walk (there's quite a steep hill). The breakfast was delicious and homemade.

A perfect 10! Naty is a genius!! Just like Evelyn. Maxi was also super punctual, he took us to the hotel and back to the airport 👏🏼👏🏼

Comfortable, nice place

Very far from the city center and the views aren't as good as they appear in the photos. The walls are paper-thin; you can hear absolutely everything from the adjoining rooms. The staff isn't friendly unless you're European; they treat Latin Americans with disdain. And there are cockroaches in the hallways.

We spent 3 nights there Reception closed during night but you’re always in contact by WhatsApp. Breakfast is standard but good The receptionist is very kind and helpful (we asked for a taxi with card payment and she arranged the booking for us) Far away from the center 35min and 1h to the bus station (by foot) but calm and nice place
