InterTower Hotel

The decor in the entrance hall is very outdated. It could be modernized. The staff were very attentive and helpful.

I stayed two nights on my way to and from Chile. The hotel is good. But for the price, they could at least wash the cloth napkins better - or replace them.

Excellent place! The rooms and mattresses are very nice, the breakfast is excellent, and the service is top-notch. I only stayed one day with my family as we were passing through for a family event. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very nice and the staff very friendly. I found it expensive considering a few details. For example, nowadays it's well known that carpets, even when vacuumed, are a source of dust mites and dirt. It was a humid day, and the room had that particular smell of old carpets. These days there are more modern, hygienic alternatives like floating floors that don't require construction. The entrance still has the heavy revolving door; automatic doors are common now. The floor lamp didn't work. The cleanliness was very good, the bed was extremely comfortable and large, and the city view was lovely. The food in the dining room is very good, and the breakfast is very complete and delicious. My only suggestion is that, given the price, which isn't exactly affordable, those details I mentioned earlier could be addressed for a better experience.
