Excellent hotel, location, room... restaurant

Everything was good but expensive, both the accommodation and the restaurant. The food was often reheated and sometimes cold, and the prices were high.

Third time we've been. I love it! A great option for an overnight stay or a few days. The decor is beautiful throughout the hotel. The room is cozy and makes excellent use of the space. I love the view of the port. The breakfast is very complete. And they have good options for lunch or dinner. I recommend the red berry lemonade and flan 😉

Lovely location. Close to the center, safe and quiet area. The hotel service is sometimes late for minor things. The menu is limited but very tasty. Good breakfast with variety. Comfortable and cozy rooms. The rooftop pool is the best part, with incredible sunset views.

Highly recommended. Prices are in line with the hotel's level. There's a casino and shopping center on the ground floor, and another shopping center about 500 meters away. The alfajor factory is also nearby. It's about a 10-minute walk to the pedestrian area. The rooms are very spacious and interesting, as they are cylindrical. The suites have private balconies overlooking Dock 1 and very comfortable bathrooms. The rooms facing the back, with windows overlooking Dock 2, are more economical. There's a terrace with a pool and bar, a spa, and a heated pool on the top floor. The restaurant has a good menu, the prices aren't outrageous, and the breakfast is very complete, although the last time, when they had rearranged the buffet, it wasn't as extensive as before (I've stayed five times). The staff is very friendly, everything is clean and tidy. I frequently visit Santa Fe and always choose this hotel over others of a similar level.
