My experience at Auberge Du Vin, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Tupungato, fell far short of expectations for a hotel of its category. From check-in, I was required to leave a credit card as a guarantee, and the staff proceeded to copy the front and back of the card, including the security code (CVV), something I immediately pointed out as risky. At check-out, no issues were reported, but hours later I was notified of alleged damages and missing items that were not actually there, creating an uncomfortable and unclear situation. Furthermore, the overall experience was poor: difficulties arriving at night due to a lack of signage and security at the entrance, and most concerningly, instances of inappropriate treatment by the staff towards other guests, which became evident throughout my stay. Unfortunately, this is not the experience one expects from a place of this caliber.

It's not up to par with the Uco Valley. I don't recommend it.
