Le Clef
Visitors frequently praise the hotel's excellent location near the Eiffel Tower and its attentive, friendly reception staff. However, several guests reported significant issues with room discrepancies, cleanliness, and particularly with one receptionist named Sinda, whose behavior was described as rude, aggressive, and even physically violent by multiple reviewers.

Great Location, Great Hospitality! Best in Paris
Great Experience. Reception were super friendly and welcoming. House keeping is always checking on rooms at least twice a day. The best hotel experience in Paris by all means. Highly recommended. I would give them 6 stars 😁 if ther was an option
The location is excellent, close to the Eiffel Tower and shopping district. The rooms are spacious with good views. The service is attentive, with handwritten cards, but the breakfast is just average. Overall, the price-performance ratio is acceptable.
I am disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel, primarily due to the service provided by the reception team. First, despite confirming our room requirements before arrival, one of the rooms provided was not the category that had been agreed upon. We arrived after the official check-in time of 3:00 PM and still had to wait for approximately one hour. During that time, we were assured that the correct room category had been allocated, only to later discover that this was not the case. Second, a few days before departure, I requested an extension of my stay. Instead of considering the lower rate that was available when I initially requested the room, I was quoted a significantly higher price because rates had increased. I found this approach disappointing, especially for an existing guest wishing to extend their stay. Third, I had a clear agreement with the hotel that one of our rooms could remain occupied until 5:00 PM on the day of departure at no additional charge. However, when I went to reactivate the room key, I was informed that this was not possible unless I paid for an additional full night, despite the room being available and not reserved for another guest. As a Platinum member, I expected the hotel to honor the agreement that had already been made. Additionally, the housekeeping and laundry service was poor. On two separate days, I requested laundry collection from my room, but nobody came to pick it up. Eventually, I had to take the laundry to the service desk myself. Even then, it was not returned until I called and followed up. Overall, while the hotel itself has many positive aspects, the repeated service failures, lack of consistency in communication, and failure to honor commitments made by staff significantly impacted my experience. Unfortunately, this was not the level of service I expected.
