Rifóles Praia Hotel & Resort

The hotel is old, but it seems to be undergoing renovations. The pillows are terrible; it's difficult to sleep with them. The breakfast is very good, but the drinks and food at the pool bar are quite weak. The caipirinhas are only made with Pitu cachaça and there are very few fruit options. Usually only pineapple and lemon.

I was very satisfied with the Torres Palace Hotel. The service was exceptional from beginning to end, with an attentive, polite team always willing to help with any needs during the stay. I recommend it.

I would like to express my gratitude and praise to the Rifóles team! After my stay, I realized I had forgotten several belongings at the hotel, including my clothes, purchases I had just made in Natal—many items still with tags and unused—a steam iron, among other things. I contacted the hotel and, from the very first moment, the staff was extremely helpful and efficient. They quickly located everything, carefully stored my belongings, and arranged for them to be sent to me via the postal service. When I received the package, I was truly impressed by the care: absolutely everything I had left behind was there, exactly as I had forgotten it. The clothes were folded, the purchases intact, and even the receipts were stapled to the items. I confess that, given the amount of things I had left behind, I was apprehensive until the package arrived. Therefore, receiving everything perfectly organized and with absolutely nothing missing only reinforced the seriousness, honesty, and care of the team. Thank you so much to everyone who was involved in getting my belongings back to me. This kind of service makes all the difference and will certainly remain a great memory of my stay in Natal.

I stayed with my partner and son in August 2026 and we had a fantastic time. The food was delicious, the pools beautiful, the view breathtaking, and the service and attention excellent. A wonderful place for a family trip.
