Amazing hotel! Attentive staff, very close to Paulista Avenue, but extremely quiet. Super complete and delicious breakfast, incredible presentation. Super comfortable bed with perfect pillows. One of the best options I've stayed at near Paulista Avenue!

Very good hotel.

Great location, breakfast, staff service, room amenities like hairdryer, moisturizer, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap... very complete room. Old and slow TV. However, what compromised our stay was the acoustics of the room. You can hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms and in the hallway, which compromised our sleep. The staff moved us to a less occupied floor, however, this acoustic problem occurs on all floors. In the early morning, it seemed like there was some kind of motor that kept starting up from time to time on the floor above. We didn't have a restful night's sleep in any of the 5 nights we stayed.

We stayed with a travel group in 2025, and we were well taken care of. The location is wonderful, close to good restaurants, very near the main museums on Paulista Avenue, and without being in the hustle and bustle of Paulista. Easy access to transportation. We only had difficulty with the movement of the 46-seater tour bus because it was very large, so we needed to leave it in an external parking lot, but with the service and attention of the hotel staff, our boarding and disembarking were very smooth. I highly recommend it!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The hotel feels quite outdated, with old renovations and worn-out furniture that does not function well. The towels were also very old and heavily used, to the point where we did not feel comfortable using them. Another major issue was the noise. The soundproofing is extremely poor — we could clearly hear everything happening in the hallway, including other guests walking and entering their rooms. Because of this, we had trouble sleeping on several nights. What affected our stay the most was the lack of basic amenities. There was no kettle in the room, and when we asked for one, we were refused. The only option offered was to upgrade the room for an additional 50% of the price we had already paid. The staff member did not try to offer any alternative solution or show flexibility. Even after explaining that my wife is pregnant and we genuinely needed a kettle, the request was simply declined. This level of customer service was very disappointing. It is quite surprising that a hotel at this price level does not provide kettles in rooms or even make them available upon request, especially in situations where there is a clear need. Additionally, the hotel does not provide complimentary bottled water, not even after housekeeping. Instead, guests are expected to purchase a small bottle for 8 BRL, which feels unreasonable. On the positive side, the food at the hotel is good, and the restaurant and kitchen staff were friendly and professional. I am adding one extra star only because of this. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations.

Really positive experience. Excellent value for money: the property is well maintained, with new and clean rooms and modern furnishings. The service was always friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of quality products. Definitely a hotel I would recommend and happily return to. See you soon :)
