It's good, you get to choose a cut of meat and then the sides are unlimited (except for one serving of fries). The meat wasn't that great, in my opinion. And I think it was a bit pricey compared to other places in the area. Approximately $40 USD per person (without alcohol).

Our server recommended the entrecote - a 380g ribeye - and it was cooked perfectly medium rare. The steak came with frites and salad and a wide range of refillable sides - roasted pumpkin, roasted onions, potato dauphinoise, etc - all of which were very tasty. The Brazilian merlot we chose was good but in retrospect the steak deserved a great Mendoza Malbec.

The ribeye steak had a strange shape; to me, it wasn't really a ribeye. It was well-cooked and tasty, but it wasn't a ribeye. The side dishes were cold, but not bad. However, the gratin dauphinois was far from perfect. It's simply cooked unwashed potatoes after peeling them in semi-skimmed milk with garlic for 20 minutes, then baked in the oven with butter, cream, and nutmeg. It was a beginner who made it, and even then... The fries were too big (we had to cut them with a knife) and overcooked. The green apple tart wasn't tangy enough (a little lemon on top would have been nice). On the other hand, there's a good wine cellar, and the beer is good. It doesn't deserve to be in the Michelin Guide; there are better and cheaper options in São Paulo. The Michelin inspector should come more incognito. The atmosphere was relaxed with soft music. €45 for a restaurant on par with a Flunch (a French fast-food chain). For French food, it would be nice to have a waiter who speaks at least a little French, and there are some in this city. I never take photos because I believe it's up to the restaurant owner to take them and for the customer to discover! A big disappointment; I don't recommend it.
