Terraço Jardins

Words can't describe the place. I went with my wife and son, and they were incredibly kind from beginning to end. The food was wonderful, the staff were polite, and the atmosphere was beautiful. I plan to return many more times.

We went for the 2-for-1 deal and really enjoyed it. All the dishes were delicious and the service was very friendly. My only reservation is that the main course (pork loin) wasn't very generously served... if I hadn't eaten the appetizer and dessert, I would have been hungry. The French toast is pricey but VERY good!

The food was okay. I didn't find it anything special. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was good. Beers are only available for sale at dinner, I didn't understand why.

We decided to celebrate Valentine's Day at Terraço Jardins, and the experience was simply regrettable. We were barred from entering and not allowed in, citing strict rules for the date, completely ignoring common sense. The worst part is the absurd contrast: the restaurant was visibly empty. As recorded in the photos, the rooms and entrances were completely deserted and without any flow of people, with free tables and no waiting line. We also took photos of the entrance area, which show the calmness of the environment. Barring customers on a special night, with the establishment without any movement, shows a total lack of staff training and zero focus on the customer experience. Terraço Jardins almost managed to ruin an important date with a rigid, unfriendly, and arrogant attitude. I do not recommend it and I do not intend to return. A place that treats its customers with such disregard does not deserve the prestige it has.
