About this place Termas Fragata

Termas Fragata is a gay sauna located in São Paulo's Pinheiros neighborhood, positioned as a space where adult companionship services are openly integrated into the sauna experience. Unlike many traditional saunas in Brazil where such arrangements operate discreetly, this venue takes a more transparent approach to what visitors might encounter during their visit. As a gay sauna, you can expect the typical facilities and atmosphere common to this venue category in São Paulo: steam rooms, saunas, relaxation areas, and opportunities to socialize with other guests. The venue distinguishes itself by its openness regarding on-site companionship options, which is a notable difference from the norm in the local sauna scene. This creates a particular type of environment and draws a specific clientele comfortable with this business model. Located at 71 Rua Francisco Leitão, the venue is accessible in the São Paulo area. Visitors should be aware of what to expect regarding the nature of interactions and services available on-site. If you're looking for a sauna experience with straightforward knowledge of the commercial aspects that operate there, this venue is transparent about its offerings. As with any adult venue, discretion, respect, and clear communication are important for everyone's comfort and safety.

Look at this!! The place is great, breathtakingly beautiful, the sauna is excellent, the facilities are clean, unlike other saunas, and the service is very polite and welcoming. However, you have to go on certain days. According to friends, there are days when there's absolutely nobody there. Ask the reception beforehand how many people are there. A tip: if there aren't any cars in the garage, because it's a slow day, where there are no clients, there won't be any boys. They charge in advance, precisely for this reason; once you've entered and paid, they don't refund you. So it's worth mentioning that you'll only enter if there are clients and boys, if that's what you're looking for, or you'll be throwing away R$80, because they don't even turn on the sauna when there aren't many clients. Just a heads up, they say that now with new management, the clientele has returned on weekends. 21/02/2026

The place is very nice, with a large window overlooking the street, a central pool, a spacious sauna, and attentive staff. However, on the Saturday in August when I went in the mid-afternoon, there was absolutely no one there. I was the only person in the establishment besides the employees. They charge 70 reais for entry in advance, although they were kind enough to offer me free entry for the following day, Sunday, as I was leaving. Apparently, Sunday is the only day it's lively, with shows, bingo, etc. The area is safe, and Uber goes there without any problems. I found everything clean, as I was the only one there…

I heard about this place and wanted to check it out. I went there, and at the entrance, they were already charging me more than what was on the website. It was a run-down, decadent place. There were two other people and me... everything was poorly maintained, poorly finished, the saunas were only half steaming, everything was cold, a very gloomy atmosphere. I alternated between the dry and wet saunas, which, by the way, neither of them smelled of eucalyptus. THE END OF THE WORLD WAS when I was in the sauna and a WOMAN entered with a thong stuck in her... I thought it was the end of the world for a woman to enter a gay sauna where there are only men, out of nowhere... honestly, it's unacceptable. And to make matters worse, on the way out, there was a smell of food on a Sunday at seven o'clock at night, the sauna smelled like food. I don't recommend it, I won't go back, never again... to charge what I paid, they need to improve a lot, take care of the visual aspect of the place, take care of the maintenance, there can't be a cloth on the door, you know... See the owner's own response: "WE CONTINUE" "TO BE THE BEST SAUNA IN SÃO PAULO" and you still call me fake... and it's like dying when you're already agonizing, right? God forbid arrogance, pretentiousness... best sauna for whom... honestly, be frank with yourselves and take care of the image of the training and especially the frequency, because to be considered BAD, THE SAUNA NEEDS TO IMPROVE A LOT, A LOT INDEED.
