Sauna with fresh herbs, one of the best in São Paulo in that regard! Very good massage service with Edmundo and Roger. Family-friendly atmosphere, nice environment. Special mention to the staff, especially Eduardo, the owner, who is always attentive and helpful!

Great place to recharge your batteries. The dry sauna definitely has one of the best ovens in the city, it's excellent. And the steam room has a wonderful space, always clean and with fresh herbs, always a good temperature and with a shower inside that makes all the difference. It's worth it for the rest in the folding chairs and for chatting with the old-timers who have been going for years and always have good stories to tell. Highly recommended.
