I don't usually like going out in the Bellavista neighborhood, but when I was invited to Hangar, I was pleasantly surprised to find it was really chill, but full of people who wanted to have a good time in a very uninhibited way. Maybe it's because it's gay-friendly, but it's my safe place (I mean, there's no problem; some people might have a few too many drinks, but they're funny). So, I highly recommend it for finding both new and old urban spots.
