What reviewers say

Some visitors praise the lively drag shows and attentive, energetic waitstaff offering good value on drinks. However, a significant number of complaints focus on inflated prices, being overcharged compared to the menu, and aggressive service that pressures customers to order more or leave.

Terrible music!! It's all vallenato. Since when did this place become so Venezuelan? It wasn't like this before. They completely changed the atmosphere. I'd been here before, but each time it was a disappointment. This isn't the Zotano I used to enjoy. Thank you, next.

This place is really awful. 1. The prices are crazy; they say one price, then another. They charge over 10% tip. The bottle is supposed to cost 26,000 pesos, but when you pay, it's 28,000 pesos plus a 4,000 peso tip that they add without asking. 2. Yesterday, a customer was arguing because they were charging him 2,000 pesos for ice refills. 3. The bathrooms are dirty. 4. Among other things, I wouldn't go back. They don't play pleasant music. It's really awful.

My friend and I were finishing our second beer when the chubby waiter came over with a sour expression, pressuring us to either order more beer or leave. Obviously, if we'd stayed, we would have kept drinking—it's common sense. And if we hadn't ordered more drinks, we would have left soon enough. Nobody wants to occupy a table for free. But anyway, we felt uncomfortable and decided to leave because we found the waiter incredibly rude. He seemed to hate his job. What a shame! Because the drag queens try hard to liven things up. But with such hostile staff, I wouldn't go back for anything. I don't recommend wasting your money at this place. There are places that offer much more for more competitive prices. And whoever manages this place needs to keep a close eye on the staff, because they're going to scare away your customers.
