A great place to rest in Santiago, the neighborhood is very quiet and parking was included with the apartment.

I tried contacting them via WhatsApp to make a reservation, but I didn't get a response. Frankly, I was surprised by their lack of willingness to help.

Unfortunately, my stay ended poorly due to how a deposit deduction was handled, and I cannot recommend this property. I have been traveling continuously for more than four years and have stayed in 145 accommodations with my dog. In all that time, I have never received a complaint or deposit deduction. This history is verifiable through Hotels.com. During the stay, there was a one-time accident involving my pet while I was unwell. I informed the property immediately, apologized in writing, and took preventive measures so it would not happen again. I was told there could be an additional laundry cost, but no amount was communicated in advance. I was shown photographic evidence of two towels on Thursday prior to check-out. On the day of check-out, I was asked to wait 20 minutes at the reception before the deposit deduction was discussed. Claimed damages were completely fabricated after I had inspected the linens myself. No itemized breakdown or explanation of the calculation for the claimed damages was provided at the property. At check-out, I was informed that a significant portion of my deposit had been deducted, including additional linens beyond the originally mentioned towels. Even if replacement or special cleaning had been necessary, the amount deducted (CLP 89,000–USD 100) is not consistent with standard laundering costs for used linens. The situation became so uncomfortable that the police were called to ensure a calm resolution and safe departure. The police handled the matter appropriately. Overall, this property appears to be: – lacking transparency regarding extra charges – unprofessional in its checkout handling – and offering poor value for money given the condition of the accommodation I strongly advise future guests to be cautious regarding deposits and potential additional charges at checkout. Pictures: The fabrics in the apartment is old and worn out, and the toilet is only 30 cm above the floor.

Everything was excellent: cleanliness, the apartment was spotless. We're staying here now, and the service from Rocio and her partner is outstanding—superb in every way.
