We had a truly wonderful stay at The Singular Hotel in Puerto Natales and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Patagonia. The location is excellent — set slightly outside the town center, it offers beautiful views and a peaceful, remote feeling while still being very convenient for exploring the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff stood out. Everyone was consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, always ready to help and making sure everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. Their warm and welcoming attitude really added to the overall experience. The rooms were a highlight: incredibly quiet, spacious, and very comfortable. After long days of exploring, it was the perfect place to relax. The heating system worked flawlessly, which made a big difference in the Patagonian climate and kept the room at a very comfortable temperature at all times. Everything throughout the hotel — from the rooms to the common areas — was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made the stay feel even more comfortable and high-quality. I also really enjoyed the restaurant. The food was excellent, with high-quality ingredients and well-prepared dishes, and it was great to have such a reliable dining option directly in the hotel. Overall, The Singular combines a great location, outstanding service, spotless cleanliness, and very comfortable, peaceful rooms. It’s a perfect place to unwind and enjoy Patagonia in a relaxed and high-quality setting. I would definitely stay here again.

I want to begin this review by stating that The Singular Hotel is one of the most spectacular hotels I've ever stayed in. Let me start by detailing my experience: The good: The staff was generally very friendly and always concerned that you have an excellent stay. The view from the room is simply dreamy. The decor throughout the hotel (restaurant, bar, lobby, hallway, spa, pool, etc.) is very warm, and you can see the attention to detail. Being located in a former icebox, this hotel feels like being in a private museum. The breakfast was good, not spectacular, but good. The bad: The airport transfer is not included in the (rather high) price. This is a major drawback for the hotel. The airport is literally a 7-minute transfer away. It absolutely should be included. The tour they offer guests about the history and facilities of the hotel is an extra charge ($50). I think it should be included in the room rate and offered at more varied times (it's only available at 4:00 PM). They should contact their guests before arrival (at least a couple of weeks) to organize their stay in Puerto Natales. They should let them know what tours, excursions, etc., are available (this is standard practice at hotels of The Singular's caliber). The restaurant menu is limited. I ordered the vegetarian dish, and it was quite poor. Furthermore, they don't offer mocktails for non-drinkers. Only water and packaged juices. This needs improvement. Overall, the view and location are wonderful. The heated pool is exquisite. However, there are a few things that need improvement, which are important to me and probably to other guests. Regards and thanks

The place is wonderful, the only downside is that they always make you wait a long time at reception. They use the excuse that the bar is full, but they only give friendly and special treatment to hotel guests. To get in, you have to say you're going to the museum, but even then they leave you waiting at reception for at least 30 minutes.
