Excellent music selection.

Máscara is a Valparaíso classic. The music of the 80s and 90s and its atmosphere hold a special place in the hearts of thousands of Chileans.

Entertaining, alternative, unpretentious, very queer atmosphere. 80s alternative music. People of all kinds and ages. Simple drinks.

Good music and a good space to dance, that's what I take away from it. Terrible service at the bar; they don't treat you well and they don't serve good drinks. Prices are excessively high for the quality of the drinks (a 200ml pisco sour costs $5,000/$6,000). They don't have options for non-alcoholic people, because in addition to giving you horrible looks, they only offer water. Bathrooms without doors (not all of them), filthy, neglected, and without toilet paper. Cleanliness and infrastructure are terrible. It's understandable that they want to maintain the style of Máscara from years ago, but investing in infrastructure and/or restoring spaces won't change its "essence."

My favorite club. It's true the facilities aren't the best; they could fix a few things, but other than that, it's an amazing place to spend the night dancing to songs you don't hear in other clubs. Sometimes they play certain songs a lot, but the good thing is there are two dance floors so you can switch things up. The atmosphere is very pleasant, although the drinks are a bit pricey.

One of my favorite places to dance in Valparaiso, great music, great atmosphere, reasonable prices.
