Our stay at Sofitel Legend Santa Clara far exceeded our expectations - from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such amazing hospitality and felt at peace. This was our first time to Cartagena, and I would 200% come back just to experience Sofitel again. Our room was spacious, clean and gave the Colombian culture feel while still being modern. The pool was our favorite place to lay every afternoon. The service was top notch around the pool too, bringing us new drinks as soon as we were close to empty, and offering us cold towels/snacks every hour. The food was EXCEPTIONAL - every meal we had was better than the last, and we didn't think that was possible. The breakfast was the best selection I have ever seen, with fresh fruits, breads and egg dishes rotating constantly. Our room was always cleaned when we got back to it, and the turn down system was right on time every night - ensuring we had clean towels and water every time. We were celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary, and the staff surprised us with a beautiful dessert plate upon arrival in our room. The small details were everything here - and we can't wait to come back someday! Thank you Sofitel Legend Santa Clara, for an experience of a lifetime.

Everything was excellent. An experience full of culture, friendliness, and wonderful memories. We especially want to highlight Luis's service; he accompanied us throughout our beautiful stay and guided us to ensure we had an excellent vacation. We also want to commend Manuel and Ender's service at the pool; their treatment and service were outstanding. And we give the entire staff a 10/10 for their characteristic kindness. We can't wait to return very soon; Cartagena feels like home!

It was truly a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The rooms are in excellent condition, the facilities are well-maintained, the room service food is also delicious, and best of all was the staff's attention. Their level of service and friendliness truly made for a perfect stay.
