An excellent sauna. Very good service, top-notch facilities, peaceful, and above all, spotless. 10/10 Recommendations: Reduce the intensity of the steam and dry air slightly; it's usually too high, preventing people from staying in for long periods, resulting in them constantly entering and exiting every two minutes. Some people have sensitive skin and it gets easily irritated by the high temperatures. Otherwise, everything was great.

Absolutely unfriendly place. I went there hoping to relax, based on the opening hours indicating a 9 pm closing time. I arrived at 8 pm after a 30-minute taxi ride, only to be met with a very rude welcome and told that it was closed. On my way back down, another person clearly indicated to me that this establishment is reserved for men. So, if you're looking for a place that doesn't respect its opening hours or its customers, and that also practices blatant discrimination, you've come to the right place.

The ONLY decent sauna option for men in Quito, and I say that with complete conviction. The rest of the options in the city leave a lot to be desired. If they have nudist days and a curtain separating the reception area from the lockers so you don't feel the blast of cold air from the main door, I swear I couldn't ask for more. 🙏🏼 Tip: I recommend drinking cold water inside the dry sauna; that way you can stay comfortable for a while. 💯
