Booked via Expedia for 2 adults, 2 kids. Upon check in they ask for $10 more to charge for the kids. The manager was rude and said if I didn’t like it I could find another hotel. They didn’t even have a crib for my 1 year old and they want me to pay extra… I just walked away. What are you going to do kick me out?

Beautiful house, with decoration full of details, large rooms, spacious bathroom, everything very clean, breakfast with fresh ingredients, the best part of the house is the staff who are super helpful, polite, and attentive. My sincere thanks to Silvana, Wilner, Osvaldo, Estefany, and André for making my stay perfect.

Special thanks to the young man who greeted us upon arrival and looked after us throughout our stay. He is truly kind, very respectful, and friendly. There's always a smile here. Highly recommended!
