A wonderful hotel, everything very clean, cozy, and well decorated. The rooms are spacious, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. All the staff are welcoming, but I especially want to mention Karina, who is very friendly, a very kind person, and always very receptive. The hotel's ambiance, the outdoor area is very beautiful, with many trees and gardens... An ideal hotel for those who want tranquility, coziness, comfort, and a good location. Very nice place, very kind staff. The receptionist Karina was super kind, as was the entire bar staff (the one in pink with the tattoo on her arm) and cleaning staff (all of them). Delicious breakfast (I asked for adaptations and they made them without question). Very good night's sleep and a very beautiful garden. A small suggestion would be to have a glass partition around the shower stall to prevent the toilet area from getting wet. I really liked it and will recommend it.

Good hotel, new, attentive service, reasonable prices. Comfortable rooms, though not very large. To improve: In the bathroom, soap dishes and towel hooks are needed. A better carpet at the entrance to the room would be helpful, as would a path on the grass to avoid tracking in dirty towels. Breakfast could be improved. The staff is very attentive and helpful, but they seem overwhelmed when it comes to providing service.

They made us feel very well taken care of at all times, with a warm and professional approach. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Asunción, making it easy to get around. The room was super comfortable, clean, and cozy, perfect for a pleasant stay. Without a doubt, a place we would return to and highly recommend.
